About Me
Hi, I’m Jammie Pham, LSWAIC.
I’m a Vietnamese-American and a child of immigrants, and my work is shaped by my own experience navigating cultural expectations, identity, and the pressure to succeed. Growing up, I didn’t see therapists who looked like me or understood the complexities of being bicultural. That’s a big part of why I’m here now. I want to offer the representation and understanding I wish I had.
I care deeply about supporting BIPOC clients, people working through trauma (including religious trauma), and neurodivergent folks who have spent years trying to fit into systems that weren’t built for them. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to over-explain yourself, shrink parts of who you are, or carry everything alone.
My style is collaborative, grounded, and practical. I draw from ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and IFS, blending evidence-based tools with deeper emotional exploration. I also integrate elements of Eastern philosophy, especially around acceptance, compassion, and mind–body awareness.
I believe healing is holistic. Your thoughts, emotions, body, history, and environment all matter. We work together to understand your patterns, tend to the parts of you that carry pain or fear, and build more clarity and self-trust in your everyday life.
